Should have read the review.

As stated by the other reviewer, the 5 5/16" x 7 7/8" book only has 64 pages, and the recipes are loaded with fat, carbs, starches...etc. Only one of the 38 recipes would be considered healthy by today's standards.

I laughed in spite of my disappointment

This isn't a book so much as it is a paperback pamphlet. The dimensions and page count weren't specified when I purchased my copy so when it arrived and I discovered it to be less than 1/8in thick and little bigger than my palm, I laughed in spite of my disappointment. It comes off as a miniature. I'd think it cute if I'd not been so disappointed. It certainly doesn't live up to its title or its purchase price.
