Belvedor and the Trail of Fire: A Broken Army

By Ashleigh Bello

THE KING HAS TAKEN EVERYTHING.

DARKNESS REIGNS.

ONE LAST FLAME BURNS BRIGHT.

In the darkest hour, a touch of fire can always light the way.

A story that began with a fearless warrior-slave trapped in the Four Corners has now erupted in a fiery trail toward freedom. With all the magic and a powerful avatar to her name, Arianna Belvedor has finally come to terms with her destiny: Down with the King

The Shadow Resistance is determined to silence her, to keep the King's treacheries buried. And Master Solomon Bell-her truest friend turned foe-is leading the charge. He takes her captive for King Devlindor, forcing her apart from her friends and toward the foreboding realm of the City of Saindora.

The ambush in Zambienth has left the Guardians of Gold vulnerable, unable to rescue her from his claws, but that doesn't stop Arianna from giving Solomon the epic fight he deserves. Along the way she finds new magic-wielding allies, unearths more Golden Age secrets, and discovers new strengths within.

Yet, when she finds herself trapped and alone, face to face with her truest terrors, there's no telling what her future might bring.

Can she tap into her inner fire before it's too late?

Belvedor and the Trail of Fire is Volume IV in Ashleigh Bello's action-packed YA Epic Fantasy Adventure series-the first edition was released in February 2022 (previously published in February 2020 as Belvedor and the Golden Rule, Parts I & II).
