Simply Wonderful

Jennifer Silvera writes a peice of art that not only tells a story, but leaves the reader with their own sense of faith and hope. I was inspired by the themes throughout - parenting, love, marriage, faithfulness, grief. Although most of us have never suffered a loss as great, you will find connection with the feelings that all humans share. That connection is what holds hearts, families, and communities together, and reading this book has created a greater sense of each in me. For those of us who are caught living a hurried and skeptical life, you will find the reason to stop and live life in this moment.

A Very Meaningful Book

I had a hard time putting this book down. Jennifer uses her gift of writing to share the depth of her heart in a way that connects to those who have suffered deeply and those who just desire to live life fully now.

An awesome story about love and loss; written by a woman that will inspire everyone to love more and deeper.

Raw emotion

Silvera has the ability to put the reader right there next to her on her journey through grieving the death of her husband. As she tries to make sense out of a senseless tragedy, she communicates in a way that allows the reader to feel, sense and live her journey through her words. Her writing style is a powerful tool that allows the reader a sense of the timelessness of the grief journey.

A powerful book for anyone who has ever lost a love one

I met Jennifer recently when she came to speak at a function in MN and I was moved by both her story and her character. In her book she captures who her husband was and how he was well liked, gifted, loved others well and was loved by others. If I run into her again, I would tell her that truly he married his equal b/c she is so gifted, well-spoken, honest, loving, and eloquent. She has an uncanny ability to so eloquently capture the raw, gut-wrenching, and soul-shaking depth of grief and loss. My eyes are quite swollen from reading this book. She states so many truths in her book. I am considering going out and buying ten copies and distributing them to people who would appreciate and resonate with Jennifer. She is gifted and her book is a gift to humanity. I wish her well.
