useful and interesting tool for Jews who want to explore Torah Judaism

The author of the book in the introduction writes : "This book has one purpose: to reach out to the millions of Jews who do not know the true meaning of being Jewish." The author contrasts secular western culture with Torah-observant Orthodox Judaism. The structure of the book deals with several issues froma general or secular 'western' perpective , outlining it's deficiencies before going on to explain how the answer lies in Torah Judaism. He deals with such issues as death , faith , rabbis, parents , education , freedom , women , marriage , weddings , the synagogue , world religions , politics and peace , the holocaust and the State of Israel. With intelligent reasoning this book expalins why the Torah way is the way of full truth , as opposed to all other ways which are the ways of partial or non-truth. His message to the Jewish people in the chapter on Israel reminds us:" The Jew on the side , who does not care to be involved in these issues. No Jew can hide .No Jew can escape his responsibility. He is the only one who has the potential to save the world. And if he pretends that it his none of his business , then like the Jews before and during World War II , he will find that the non-Jews will very soon remind him of his Jewishness" There is also a salient message to non-Jews: " Likewise , the non-Jews should realize that this may be their last opportunity to support the People of Israel or be destroyed like all the enemies of the Jews in the past" This book is a useful and interesting tool for Jews who want to explore Torah Judaism.
