Forget the Haters - This is a decent read.

I'm sure by now you've noticed that Dustin Diamond's book depicting life behind the scenes of the popular TV show "Saved by the Bell" received less than kind reviews. If you're a fan of the show, then you will love this book. Dustin takes you through a detailed account of a typical week working on the show that puts you right on the sound stage with Zach, Kelly, Slater, Lisa, Jesse and Screech - it really is a great description of what it took each week to produce the show. This book does not focus on the "dirt" - sure, there's some smack talk, but it doesn't help nor hinder the storytelling aspect. Interesting read

This is a great book. Very entertaining. Dustin tells you alot about his SBTB castmates. He also talks about his life. Highly recommended. SBTB fans will be pleased.

Awesome stuff

I really enjoyed reading this book. Screech was one of my favorite characters. The detail he put into the story was awesome. I felt like i was on the set myself. If you were a fan of SBTB you have to read this. Got to be 18 and over though it gets pretty racy

I enjoyed it!

I got the book as a gift from someone who knew I was a real sitcom junkie back in the day. I read it and really enjoyed it! It gives me great insight into the "Real Dustin Diamond"! There are a few surprises too, but I won't give anything away. ;)

Riveting Read

Whether you grew up watching Saved By The Bell or you got hooked on the re-runs, this book is a must-read for fans. The book is written in a way that is easy to follow. It's a creative piece that above all, tells a true tale. There is always dirt swept under the rug behind the cameras of tv shows--especially shows where the main stars hit puberty--and Diamond's tales are entertaining. For those interested in behind-the-scenes in Hollywood, you'll enjoy Behind The Bell.
