Also, It had an easy to read flow so that sticking to it for 21 days didn't seem overwhelming, but the direction was lacking as far as activities.

It was difficult to keep the lessons fresh in my mind for the day as tasks were vague, daily, and required constant monitoring.

Having a job that requires focus as well as a rambunctious two-year-old, preferred a workbook-style CBT guide and could accomplish things in a set amount of time.
