A Very Useful and Practical Resource

I direct a language school, and speak Spanish already, but I bought this program because of some children who attend a total immersion program and who have been coming to me for exposure to Spanish outside the classroom. In other words, I have been using this program for non-native speakers of Spanish, not for Hispanics. Since I am not the children's primary teacher, it is good to have a resource geared solely to elementary school children. The speakers speak very clearly, and the program is relatively easy to follow. The speakers are native speakers of Spanish who obviously have an excellent command of American English. The program addresses different learning styles: There are activities with music, chanting, writing, speaking, etc. I appreciate the fact that the producers of this program have taken into account these differences. Is the program useful to absolute beginners? I think so. In any case, before starting a language program, it is helpful if the learner has some sort of foreign language experience (in any language). However, the program's format is so understandable that I believe the learner will find it user-friendly, no matter what his/her level of exposure to a foreign language.
