This workbook is the first in the series written to give practice in reading, translating and writing New Testament Greek. Each chapter has a variety of different types of exercises to aid the development and learning of New Testament Greek. Exercises include matching activities, translating simple clauses and sentences, crosswords and translating verses from the New Testament. The exercises follow the order of the lessons and content written in "The Elements of New Testament Greek" by Jeremy Duff and are intended to be a supplementary practice workbook using the vocabulary learned in each of the chapters. The vocabulary required for the exercises is given at the back of the workbook. Workbook 1 covers the content of the first 6 chapters of Jeremy Duff's book which includes the alphabet, basic nouns and adjectives, present, future, imperfect and aorist indicative tenses with common verb and compound verbs. The workbooks can be completed by anyone wanting to get further practice at reading and translating New Testament Greek and this is ideal for developing competency for beginners or as a useful refresher for anyone wanting to go over the basics again.
