This was the first book on bread making that I ever read.It is easy to understand, provides three alternative methods of preparation(hand kneading, kitchen mixer and food processor)and ,especially for the beginner, does not weigh the reader down with a lot of technicalities and impossible ingredients(altho' wattle seeds might be a bit difficult in US or UK) It shoul be noted that all the recipes in this little book are made with Australian milled flour, which is vastly different in behaviour from Northen Hemisphere flours.Trial, error and experience will result in some interesting and tasty loaves. For the beginner, this book is a revelation.Buy it.
