My pastor recommended this book. It is one he uses in premarital counseling. I gave it as a gift. I haven't read it myself.

Before We Say I Do: 7 Steps to a Healthy Marriage: This book was required for a marriage counseling class that my boyfriend and I were attending. We were thinking about marriage and wanted to see what was in store fore us. This book is a excellent resource for all couples planning to get married. There are topics and spiritual references in here that help you discuss things and the things that you should definately bring up to the person you intend to marry before you say I do.

Before I say I do

My pastor had me and my fiance read this book. It stated a lot of the obvious. I would have rathered something a little more insightful.

It hit the spot

The book was very well organized and written. The author kept it real, to the point, and very interesting. I am planning to get remarried and I don't want to make the same mistakes I made before. I have in my head a list of things to discuss with my bride to be, and the book helped me to put this list into some organization. I liked the seven categories. I think they perfectly capture everything I had on my list and more. It definitely hit the spot. Thanks for a job well
