Bible Scripture was settled just as soon as GOD said it. Long before any of us were born, God's will and way was ALREADY established. It is not to be manipulated or changed; to fit every whim and trend - of a secular world. The WORD of GOD, did not become settled in Heaven, because anyone of us happened to believe it. It was settled when GOD said it. Within the Bible are all of the promises of GOD, instruction, correction, wisdom, and more.
