Buddha is a valid spiritual teacher. In many ways he is one of the best because you don't need to worship an unseen God. There is a negative implication in the bible about only worshipping the one God-the bible god. The truth is the one God is not any religion but an archetype for good. Buddha loved everyone including animals and nature. He taught the necessity to be compassionate and clear minded. This is in clear contrast to the bible where people spend a lifetime trying to figure out what it means. Yet, the guilt is there for any bible person who wants to investigate other religions which is unfortunate and medieval. I have suffered from this fate even though I am not religious.
