Boise Mom loves Cabrera

My 10 month old daughter just loves this book. We read it to her at night and say good night to each of the objects. She loves the pop up page at the end. I can read this 4 or 5 times saying different things on each page and she stays interested all the time. A great book for getting your little infant interested in books!

GREAT beginner book to add to your bedtime routine

This book is so cute, and can be used in so many ways! Right now, my son (6 months) loves to see his friend "bear" before he goes to sleep every night. The Bear character appears on each page, and my son will pat his picture enthusiastically. Since the text is so simple, it is easy to add comparisons when you turn each page "Bear is big. Teddy is little" or "Monkey is down. Bear is up." When he is a little older, the left-hand sides (where the words are) will be a good way to learn his colors. The popup last page is a great surprise, and not scary - but gets a reaction each time. We were given this book at the doctor's office, and we love it so much! I plan to save it in his memoribilia box! I highly recommend this book as a gift for new babies who will love it as early as three months or so.
