Great for learning to read!

My 5 year old daughter is just learning to read and tries to write words on her own. She likes to succeed at something new the first time she tries it or else avoids doing it altogether. I brought home this book for her and helped her read it the first time. She loved it. She was able to figure out the words she didn't know at first by looking at the pictures. This book has a cute pattern and three cute stories. She was exited to be able to read it on her own and read it to her younger sisters. She found the stories to be funny and was so proud to be able to read the whole thing. Before finding this book, I couldn't find a book that was simple enough for her that had a cute story to boot! I recommend this book to anyone who has a child that is on the verge of reading. It is the perfect stater book.
