Great book on grief

I lost my son two years ago at the age of 24. He suffered for several years before this and as a parent you suffer a lot of changing emotion after losing a child. I read courage to grieve and a Gary roe book on child loss and this book by far has them beat. It’s practical and understands the various stages of grief, not just the beginning phases. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has lost a child. It’s written by someone who has been through child loss in case that is important to you. It is to me.
