This book is of one woman's journey of contemplative prayer. She shares the intimate details of her walk with the Lord and how contemplatative prayer brought her continually back to a place of peace no matter what turmoil might have been going on in her life. She also shares about the synergy of group contemplative prayer. Peggy and her husband Vernon have traveled the world spreading the gospel to the native peoples of the world. My husband and I were privilaged to be under their wing for a few years before being sent out and still see them as our Kingdom parents. Though Peggy shared some about contemplative prayer then it was not a completed work. However, she did always exude a peace and calm that I could never understand. She is a great Kingdom teacher and as I read the words written from her heart it was like being her student once again. This book has shown me how to BE silent before the Lord and let Him do a continually creative work. Anyone who wants peace in their life or wants to minister the gospel needs to read this profound journey.
