Since Luca was a child, the smallest things including a smile haven't been easy to come by. He has grown accustomed to living a solitary life full of anger and occasional fits of rage. Fate causes him to cross paths with Avery, who is naturally beautiful from the inside out. Working a stressful job as a hotel manager, she constantly deals with disgruntled people, but she never seems to lose her cool.
