BE GREAT is about the journey of discovering our identity as sons and daughters of the Living God. Being great is not dependent upon doing something great for God. Neither is it dependent upon meeting some great need in life or becoming well know or powerful. To be great is to learn to hear and yield to the Holy Spirit and be empowered to do God's will in all circumstances.Many of the people that Jesus considered to be great were overlooked and despised as insignificant. The widow who gave a few pennies is an example. Jesus said her faith was greater than all the others.Some of us will arise to positions of great influence, power and authority in our society and communities. God is looking for people to place in positions of influence. He also is looking for those who will serve Him wholeheartedly despite gaining no public attention. Join me in pursuit of our Great God with an abandoned heart. In doing so, you will discover your identity, your purpose and your destiny.
