This book is a collection of messages that Luke brought at New Life Church, Teesside in 2024/25. They have been edited and formatted to fit the form of a book rather than a sermon, but their content remains largely the same. We live in a world that is becoming a very difficult place to live. The pace of life is getting faster and faster - technology both connects and isolates us. News travels around the world before anyone can even digest it. It's busy, and noisy and we have to deal with temptations and pressures that are new and unique. Luke wanted these messages and in turn this book to help us find another way, a better way, a scriptural way to navigate all of these things. Antidotes, if you will.
