Bayowolf

Bayowolf is set in 1800's Wyoming and is about a wolf pup's growing awareness when confronted with a world other than his own. It is an accurate portrayal of both the wolf society (yes, they really do have baby sitters and teachers) and American Indian civilizations of the past. I have attempted to teach children about a different culture, history, prejudice, and the importance of obeying parents, while endeavoring to expand their vocabulary. Bayowolf is approximately a twenty-minute read, making it ideal as a bedtime story.
