You will learn how John faces post traumatic stress issues and witness him being awarded the Bronze Star with Valor in 2016. You will read of the tiny baby girl that John helped deliver during the heat of battle in Hue. Also Included in the book are John's personal letters he sent home that his Mother kept. Through it all John confided in his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and by faith in God he was able to endure the atrocities of the battlefield.
