Succinct and well formatted overview of estate planning.

This text is readable by the majority of individuals and should be a required reading before approaching a lawyer. Mr. Nolfie generalizes many topics and the individual would have to search state statutes. The case made for having a will is well documented. I would like to see more forms, addresses for more material, and a longer discussion of probate. The study guide is not worth the time. As a paralegal I find the text quite useful as a guide.
