The only thing logical to say here is purchase it because it's worth every cent.

To begin, I'm only on page 12, and am fascinated with the simplicity, readability, ease of comprehension and layout of this literature. If you're seeking clarity, without having to over-think or exert extraneous mental energy to capture the meaning of the content, then this book does a stellar work at such. As a bonus, the author furthers the transparency by providing necessary examples after each significant paragraph to ensure the reader isn't struggling with conceptualizing the methodologies into actual life circumstances and scenarios. Care, strategy and consideration has its name plastered all over the pages in this literature. I personally have not had such an easily enjoyable experience with any other real-estate book more than provided within this one. Not to mention, the beautiful and stylistic layout pushes the reader to engage the content even more so. Grouped with real-estate forms used in daily transactions, Case-Law and other relative components akin to Real-estate, I'd rank this book a 8.75 thus far. I've read other Real-estate books in the past, but this one stands above the others in reference to clarity and easy understandability. Don't even hesitate, like the one standing behind the green-screen in the video said, JUST DO IT!
