The following is to appear as my description on my Amazon.com website. A young American who has inherited money from his grandfather goes to Barcelona, Spain with a friend who is on vacation from his teaching position. It is the mid-nineteen fifties and the principal character has come from Paris. He has misgivings about his sexual ability and picks up a young, pretty prostitute. Afterwards, he still has doubts about his sexuality. He also feels guilt about not going home to see his sick mother. After his friend returns to the States he develops a relationship with the prostitute that had been living with his friend. He has a special experience with her at an ocean beach that almost turns tragic. Although she separates from him, he cannot stop being obsessed by her. Another event occurs which is life changing for them both.
