Faeqah Nael Faeq, the creative Iraqi artist and poet, is one of the most prominent figures who combine innate talent with academic development in various fields of art. Born in Baghdad, Iraq
Faeqah embarked on a journey of creativity that has spanned decades. Today, she lives in the Netherlands, where she continues to present her artistic and literary works in a global context that reflects her authentic Arab culture and modern artistic vision.
Faeqah holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad, a qualification that underscores her belief in blending academic study with artistic creativity. Additionally, she earned a Diploma in Applied Arts from the Technical Education Authority in Baghdad, which further strengthened her skills in graphic design.
Not stopping there, Faeqah chose to enhance her skills in the Netherlands by studying floral design and arrangement at Clusius College. This specialization enabled her to merge visual arts with the aesthetics of nature, making her floral works living artistic masterpieces.
Faeqah Nael Faeq her professional career at the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education, working at the University of Technology in Baghdad, where she played a significant role in advancing artistic and educational projects. She also founded the newspaper "Afaq Al-Uloom Al-Tatbiqiyya" (Horizons of Applied Sciences) in Baghdad, a platform that highlights scientific and artistic creativity and emphasizes the role of art in society.
Alongside her academic career, Faeqah's talents span poetry, writing, photography, and graphic design. Her writings are an honest reflection of her life experiences, blending emotion and imagination in a unique poetic style. In photography, her lens captures moments that reveal beauty in the smallest details.
Additionally, Faeqah is a distinguished expert in floral design and arrangement, where she weaves expressive floral compositions that pulse with life and spirit. This art form reflects her aesthetic sensitivity and unique artistic perspective.
