Very Complete and Clear Book About SAD

Banishing The Blues is a very easy to read book about SAD without any wasted information. It covered the causes and treatments for SAD as it affects many different types of people. The other books I have read on the subject are filled with pages and pages of filler but not much clear information on SAD.
