Written For Professional Ballet Dancers!

This book is unique in that it is one of the only books covering technique, living habits, daily routines, and ways of taking class for the dancer pursuing a professional career. It even discusses whether you should use legwarmers in class. In terms of technique, some of my favorite pirouette pointers were found in this book. It also includes many full page photos. Try to obtain a good copy of this book!
