Balaam and the Donkey: The Prophet Who Couldn't See

By Hvnly Citizen and Bible in Bloom

A prophet, a king, and a donkey who could see what no one else could.

Balaam was known for his powerful words. When a fearful king asked him to curse God's people, Balaam saddled his donkey and set off on a journey-but it was a journey that God never meant for him to take. What happened next is one of the most surprising stories in the Bible: a hidden angel, a talking donkey, and a prophet who had to learn to stop, listen, and obey.

In this beautifully illustrated and biblically faithful picture book, children will discover that God is always in control-even when we go the wrong way. Through Balaam's story, young readers will learn the importance of listening to God's voice, receiving correction, and trusting that His way is always best.

Perfect for ages 4-9, Balaam and the Donkey offers humor, wonder, and spiritual depth-reminding kids and parents alike that sometimes the smallest voice can lead us back to God.

God sees what we don't. And He can use anything-even a donkey-to open our eyes.
