Looks like a great book...

I just bought this book, and the recipes look wonderful. There is only one recipe that I am unsure if the recipe is really complete. The recipe title is: "Quick 'n' Easy Peanut Butter Cookies". The recipe says to prepare two cookie sheets for the 3 dozen cookies it says it will yield, but the ingredients called for are one cup of peanut butter, one egg and just one more cup of one ingredient. I just don't see how essentially a total of two cups worth of ingredients could posssibly yield 3 dozen cookies. Maybe I am wrong, and it is a complete recipe...? Other than that, there are many wonderful looking recipes and many "old time favorites" in this cute little book that would make a perfect stocking stuffer for your child or for anyone who just enjoys baking. I am looking forward to trying some of the other recipes. I would still recommend this book. I have never seen such a complete and easy compilation of cookie recipes. If I didn't have a question regarding this one recipe, I would give this book 5+ stars. Again, a great stocking stuffer idea, due to both the size and the content.
