Lindy Price is the Assistant Security Manager of the Hargate Court Hotel in New York City during Fashion Expo, a yearly convention of dress companies.The suspects occupy the booths in a huge ballroom during this convention, and everyone hates the owner of one of the booths. These include his wife, his employees and many others whom he has injured in the past (and continues to injure every day!). He was not a nice fellow! With the dubious help of the many witnesses, and with Detective Reilly, who is in charge of the investigation, Lindy solves the puzzle that begins in a locked cage in the deep recesses of the hotel. Her knowledge of past Expos and her keen eye help her fit together the pieces of this fashion puzzle. It's more a case of 'who-didn't-do it' than of 'who-dunnit'?
