In the small town of Rural Redwing, Minnesota, a dark and twisted tale unfolds. A degenerate man named Jerry lurks the streets, preying on unsuspecting women. Jerry is controlling and demanding, punishing any disobedience with death and burial in his basement.

As the bodies pile up, the town is gripped with fear. But when Amanda, the sixth woman, discovers a fatal mistake in Jerry's careless security measures, she seizes her chance for freedom. Escaping to a neighbor's house, she contacts the authorities, leading to a horrifying discovery in Jerry's basement.

With the help of Police Chief Tim and Deputy Barry, justice is served as Jerry is arrested for his heinous crimes. The town of Rural Redwing can finally breathe a sigh of relief, but the scars of Jerry's reign of terror will linger for years to come.
