One mind-blowing kiss. That was all Ellie Weston shared with her neighbor and crush one summer, before he angrily discovered she'd approached him on a dare. Ten years later, Ellie is back at her... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I totally enjoyed this book. This is a Kimani and anyone who reads Kimani knows the author has only so many pages to tell their story, and I think it was well told. I enjoyed how Uriel thought he just wanted a summer fling but found out he wanted something else. I like the way Ellie refused to let him think the worse and in the end, she went after her man. I didn't get the feeling the book was rushed. All Kimani book are face paced. It seems the days of the longer length books are over. Fault the publisher and not the author. I always feel I'm getting my money worth with a Brenda Jackson book. Some stories I may like better than others (my all time favorites are Fire and Desire, Surrender and Thorn's Challenge). I love take charge men, but I know she can't write all her books with those type men. She has to offer a variety. I don't know which godbrother's book is next but I can't wait to read about Winston Coltrane. I have a feeling that man is going to be one hot mess!
TOO GOOD

Well Miss Jackson You have done it again.I enjoyed this book so much that I read it in one day.I couldn't wait for it to arrive and it was well worth the wait. Uriel and Ellie were destined to meet after that kiss they shared ten years ago. When they saw each other again the fire was there and the summer fling was on. I can't wait for the next one to come and hope that it is soon. As always Brenda is a great writer and her stories come alive while you are reading.

Brenda, this was hot. I loved the when she striped in the window, hoping he was there but not knowing. That was good. I cannot wait for the next book. Who is next?

I thought this book was well written. I didn't get the feeling it was rushed. I thought considering how the couple parted after that kiss, everything flowed smoothly. I look forward to reading about the other godbrothers.
Smokin' Hot!!!

Mrs. Jackson does it again!! I finished this book in one day and truly enjoyed it. Uriel is no doubt a fine specimen...Good Grief!!! Ellie has loved Uriel since she was sixteen. Her best friend Darcy dared her to kiss him, which she did but when Uriel found out it was a dare he was really angry. Now 10 years later they are reunited and agree upon a summer fling. For Ellie it's because she loves Uriel, but she also wants to finish her Aunt Mable's erotic romance novel. For Uriel, it is only about sex....or so he claims. Anyway, I can't wait for the next book in the series to come out. I love how the author gives hints about what two people will hook up in her upcoming books. So far I have figured out about 2 couples. Hopefully my hunch about who's story will be next is correct. Happy Reading!
