"Baby's First Sex Change" is a book written out of love and care for the community, above all else. Connecting themes of queer futurism and the death drive, "Baby's First Sex Change" is a book about the community, more than anything, and the idea of making a queerer future. What would it look like if the world could disoriented itself and shed away all of its ideas? What would it look like if our cities were a lot more gay?

This book seeks to become a family photo album, for the endlessly gay life that I have yet to live out. This is a memory book for a past that has not yet passed. This book is more about the future, than anything else. It is a future that I have imagined countless times before. A future in which I don't end up dead.
