Wonderful baby name book

This is a wonderful baby name book, one of the best I've seen available. It's a good size (approx 8" x 10"). There are pages for photos, birth information, and "why your name was chosen" at the front, hence the "keepsake" aspect to it. The girls section is in the first half of the book, the boys in the second half, and each section is alphabetized, so it's easy to look up a name's meaning. There are common names such as Anne and Ashley, as well as unique names such as Aurelia and Ailsa. Here are two examples of how the names are defined (note: in the book, each name is in bold): Isaac, "God may smile upon me," Hebrew. In the Old Testament, the son of Abraham who was saved from being sacrificed.Liam, Irish Gaelic short form of William. So as you can see, some name definitions are longer than others, yet most (99%) provide name meaning and origin. Anne Geddes baby photos are scattered throughout, and the layout is reader-friendly, so overall I find it to be a helpful and adorable book. Therefore I highly recommend it to others. Best wishes!
