Here I present selected content/teachings from nearly seven books' contents.

This is the place to go to if you want a taste of all my writings and maybe engage in a Spiritual & Therapeutic Journey. (To achieve Realistic Realization).

There is some counterbalance to the more esoteric spiritual content, as there are more specific writings from my experience as a Counselor/Therapist, and my own personal struggles.

Some of it may be interesting, even if you don't want to know about my core spiritual practice.

My writing essentially comes from certain specific life experiences.

Firstly, from my experience as a monk in India from 1966 to 1976. Then from my experience as a mental health professional for over 40 years.

So, there is some content here related to my psychology/psychiatry/mental health focused writing. I add also some practical self-help exercises interspersed with commentaries/teachings.

My Core Practice is though based on: Mantras/Chakras/Kundalini/Siddha Yoga.

That's my Consciousness Practice.
