Management of these patients requires medical management, as well as surgical management, and a large contribution from the patient is essential to control and get recover from the disease. When it comes to patient management at home, it requires knowledge regarding their disease condition, medication usage, lifestyle modification, and follow up care. This study is mainly focusing to understand the hemodialysis patients' awareness regarding self-care.
