The execution of the bureaucratic awards issued by the Court of Conciliation and Arbitration are impossible to execute, since very rarely legislators turn to see this branch of law, therefore its labor procedure, especially the execution contains many gaps and shortcomings, which do not allow to execute the awards according to the regulatory laws, the supplementary application that are not sufficient to perform such legal act, which is why the analysis of this research work.
