good book

I liked this book.I do wish it was longer though. The author did a great job,and I give him a lot of credit. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys reading about true hauntings.

A trip through the world of the paranormal

I'm a friend of Abe's, and I can tell you, this book is an honest and direct compilation of his experiences in his house in Edwardsville, IL. Abe has told me a lot about his encounters in the realm of the paranormal... and this book's sole purpose is to document those experiences and draw the reader into this world. A definite must-read for the believer, and for the skeptic, a great primer that will open your mind and shake your worldview.

Go into it with an open mind.

There is no doubt in reading the book that Mr. Brummett is truthfully recounting his experiences, but those going into the book believing it to be hogwash will likely not be convinced otherwise. An excellent read if able to go into the book with the ability to take his accounts for what they are said to be.

Awakening of my interest in Paranormal.

This fine piece of literature convinced me, and to be honest, I'm quite the skeptic, that there is more to the paranormal then Ghostbusters and Poltergeist. This author, whoever he is, wields his words with grace and exilence. He insures the reader that all acounts are true and that the book is fact, not fiction. The way he discribes situations and explains senarios leave one only to bieleve his story entirely. If you have any interest at all in the paranormal or just want a good read about ghost, this is a perfect book to pick up. I highly recomend it, to anyone.
