The free PMAI assessment test not working.

The book arrived in reasonable shape. However, the one time access to the PMAI test must have been already used. One of the reasons I purchased the book was to take the test. Grrr~ The test costs $25.00 on the web site. Ideally, the seller would have stated the test has already been taken. the cost is for the book only.
