I have dedicated this cookbook to my oldest daughter Aftyn. She was the reason that I started a cookbook. I wanted to ensure she always had Mum's recipes ( great grandma's and great, great grandma's recipes) on hand. She always loved to help me in the kitchen. I first started the book for her so she could take it with her when she graduated high school. Unfortunately she passed right before her senior year. I was going to give up on my cookbook but my other kids inspired me to continue and it may have took me a few year but, its finished.
