Genuine intelligence is identified, the materials it uses to produce behaviors and the importance of time in the production and quality of behaviors are discussed. Part three is how intelligence uses the behaviors. Current intelligence tests do not evaluate intelligence or its functions. Though human intelligence is the same, regional cultures influence the development, kind of and use of behaviors. Forgetting, remembering, theories and thinking as duties of intelligence are identified and explained. What intelligence does in each is described. Current intelligence tests could be cultural-exposure test for every subject and the results used as placement.
