This book is about a sailing journey that gave me new life and almost took my life after series of previous personal set backs. Originally written for family and friends only, I decided to share my experience with others and also with the intent to read in my old age when I am incapable of doing the things I would like to do. Sort of a reaffirmation of life if you will. Besides wanting to share my life's awakening and near death experience, I also make this book somewhat educational. My wish is that if I can affect even a small positive influence in someones life than I have contributed and succeeded as a fellow human being.
