Due to the witches' constant thievery, the citizens of Lavender cannot leave out their lawn chairs or their welcome mats. Not even a dog toy or a garden decoration is safe Witches even heist pizzas by shrieking and jumping out of the shrubbery and scaring the delivery boys.
