At Home on This Earth

It is an interesting collection of short nature writings by women. Some of the writers are well known and others are not. It gives one a "taste" of their writing styles. Some of the articles are from obscure places that might not be readily available anywhere else, ie: Gene Stratton Porter's article on the Passenger Pigeon.
