Asthma and Copd: How to Live with Them

The Asthma and COPD are two diseases of the respiratory system causing deterioration in the quality of life of people who suffer, risking life if not treated in time and measures to help them cope or live with are taken disease.I believe that in order to face them, it is necessary to know what they consist of, what produces them, their symptoms and the appropriate treatment that they should have.For these diseases it has not been possible to find a definitive cure, but fortunately, certain drugs have been discovered that are of great help, as well as alternative medicine offers us some remedies that are sometimes very useful to relieve the symptoms of these diseases .It is the purpose of this work to publicize my experiences obtained as a patient of COPD, which have helped me to have a better quality of life, so that those who consider it put them into practice, in the certainty that they will be of great help to live with these diseases. The COPD is a disease that attacks the breathing, causing in whom suffer significant deterioration in the quality of life. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD is caused by smoking or by inhalation of irritating substances that are found in the environment and enter the lungs when absorbed by the effect of breathing. Basically, COPD consists in the collapse of alveolar clusters, which, by losing their elasticity, cannot allow gas exchange and they become trapped in the alveoli.
