Since modern business is fraught with many risks, there is a need to minimize them. Commercial risks are problems that require certain costs to solve. Competently identifying sources of funds for investment in the industrial sector with minimal risk is a critical task for entrepreneurs and investors. This work is devoted to a system of indicators proposed for determining the economic efficiency of investment projects at industrial enterprises with the aim of obtaining maximum benefit, and methodological approaches to the formation and evaluation of the cost of capital for commercial investment projects in industry.
