Aeertiveness At Work

One of the most practically useful books that I have read. Will remain part of private collection. The book is easy to understand, well presented and the authors really know their suject. Highly recommended.

IT JUST MADE SENSE

There is a fine balance between assertiveness and agression; this book makes the difference clear.It also demonstrates that much of how we react is either too meek or too agressive.I have used the techniques to excellent effect in work and in my social life.I recommend this book to anyone wanting to operate effectively in any situation.
