The author explains angels and spirit guides in a very friendly, easy to understand way. She eases you into a process of opening up to angels and spirit guides with simple practices. This book is like an angel itself. Beautifully written.

This book is a living, breathing, beautiful thing

I'm having the most incredible time reading this book - or really, interacting with it. My experience has been that this book makes it hard to take it passively, in a checked-out way. My energy feels uplifted, inspiration is flowing through me with new force. Sonia Choquette - and her guides! - have created a very special piece of material here, and if you decide to embrace what you find inside, chances are strong that you will be happily astonished. This book is a powerful gift to anyone who claims it. This totally sounds like a solicited testimonial, and it isn't. I'm just going to town with this book. I was very pleased with the material that I found in this book, "Ask Your Guides." You are not alone! There are Angels and Spirit Guides that are always with you. Sonia writes in a style that is very easy to read. Her instructions are simple and straightforward, leading one gently into communion with the Angels and Guides that are always by our sides, waiting to help and guide us through this journey called life. Sonia does a terrfic job of filling in the details of how to work with all of these entities on a daily basis and lead a blessed six sensory life. This book is especially good if you have ever attended any of Sonia's classes in person.
