I very briefly met the author at a Dartmouth business plan competition and I picked up a copy being given to participants. It's a collection of short, "Dear Abby" type of questions on all sorts of common but thorny problems, including advice on how to deal with pushy angel investors, greedy colleagues, board members, etc. Don't agree with 100% of his recommendations, (but maybe 95%!), and I am getting copies for some young entrepreneurs I am mentoring.
