Priscilla H. Claman offers user-friendly tactics that you can put to work immediately upon reading this book. She uses case studies to illustrate her points and covers an array of situations, from how to request a raise to how to ask for a promotion. "Ask" showed me how to prepare to ask for what I wanted at work and gave me the motivation to do so. I read the book in one night, and the next day I went to work and applied the techniques. I was not disappointed! I highly recommend this book if you'd like to change something about your job situation but aren't sure how to do it. It's got all of the answers!
